Rockwheels

The Rockwheel line incorporates the latest developments in hydraulic rotary cutting technology. A Rockwheel cutting unit does the work effectively leaving you with finely crushed material. It is a must-have attachment for rock excavation, trenching, mine scaling, demolition, concrete milling, profiling and smoothing, underwater, tunneling, asphalt, landscaping, and soil mixing.

Twin Drum Cutters

Commonly referred to as “drumcutters”, “cutterheads”, or “rock grinders” This is an essential attachment if you’re involved with rock excavation, trenching, mine scaling, demolition, concrete milling and more. Twin Dum Cutters fill the niche for cutting ground too hard to rip, yet not too hard to require heavy hammers or drilling and blasting.

Axial Drum Cutters 

Rockwheel axial single‐drum cutters are utilized when traditional twin drum cutters are either too wide or not properly oriented for the grinding task. When vertical holes or a narrower cut are required an axial cutterhead can do the trick. These rock and concrete cutters have the same power as their twin drum counterparts but with all the power concentrated on a single drum. A typical application is grinding concrete piles/columns or any demolition job where vertical cutting is required. Other applications include grinding holes into the rock, narrow trenching, mixing (when equipped with special mixing blades), trimming arched profiles, mining, and tunneling.

Single Drum Trench Cutters 

The Rockwheel single‐drum trench cutters are most often utilized when the narrowest cut is required. With a single drum 26″-27″ drum, trenches of that width get cut with ease. These trench cutters have the same power as their twin drum counterparts but with all the power concentrated on a single drum. We call this power density, and the high power density of the TC-series equals high productivity. The TC‐series features a heavy-duty stabilizing wheel with teeth that bite into the ground to secure the cutter and minimize torsional stress on the excavator’s arm.

Rockcrushers

The Rockcrusher offers extremely high throughput with minimal wear costs while ensuring a high-value cubical and consistent end product. Thanks to its solid and robust build, the Rockcrusher can process natural rock as well as recycling materials. Designed with quality in mind, each Rockcrusher is manufactured with top-quality components and materials, with easily replaced wear parts. The Rockcrusher excels at processing natural rock, concrete, brick, inert construction material, glass, tile, and asphalt.

Rockscreeners

The Rockscreener XXL hopper and XXL drum volume can process more volume in a shorter time with uniform results. These Rockscreeners are ideal for working with natural rock, recycling, infrastructure, pipelines, landscaping, and sorting construction rubble. The compact and stable structure of the frame ensures a reliable screening capacity with low running costs. This attachment enables materials to be separated more precisely. The exchangeable grids allow for sieving and screening in different, variable sizes. The grids can be used for pre-filtering (prior to crushing) and for final classification purposes.

Cutter Buckets

Cut and clean the trench with a single excavator, eliminating attachment changes or the use of a second excavator. Precision cutting results in as much as 50% less excavated volume compared to hammers which require a trench to widen as depth increases. Moreover, the cutter bucket is ideal for variable ground conditions where both hard and soft ground conditions are found in close proximity. Dig where the ground permits and grind the rest. Material can then be crushed to condition it for onsite reuse thus eliminating handling and hauling costs. Other uses: cutting frozen ground, soil mixing, road work, slope leveling, and more.
